Consultation fees vary depending on a number of factors including if it is your initial consultation, ongoing follow up and whether Dr Sayer may need to perform other procedures (colposcopy, biopsies etc).  All fees are charged in accordance with recommendations by the Australian Medical Association (AMA).

All fees are payable at the time of the consultation and all major credit cards are accepted excluding American Express.  Once your consultation fee is paid in full we will electronically transmit your claim to Medicare on your behalf and the rebate will be deposited into your registered bank account, usually within 24 hours.

 

Surgical Fees

Surgical fees charged by this practice are at or below that recommended by the Australian Medical Association (AMA).

Due to constraints imposed by various private health insurance companies we regret that we cannot routinely participate in gap cover schemes.  For all surgical procedures you will be given a written “Informed Financial Consent” prior to your operation which will outline any out of pocket fees charged by our practice.  These fees are separate to any other costs in relation to your surgery including anaesthetic fees and your hospital excess.  Invoices are payable in full 7 days after receipt.  Once full payment is received you will be issued with a receipt to claim your rebate from your health fund.
